Special Room Rate: $349 per night (single or double adult occupancy, per bedroom; taxes not included- at the time of signing, it was 12.5%). This rate is available for up to three days before and after the event, based on resort availability at the time of booking.
How to Reserve: The reservation link will be released on July 9, 2026. Once you have registered for the conference and the link is live, we will provide access for you to secure your room at the special rate.
Resort Fee & Inclusions: A daily resort charge of $42.00 (plus tax) applies. This fee enriches your stay with a host of complimentary amenities and activities:
• High-speed WiFi in the guestrooms and public spaces
• Two refillable PATH Water bottles per room, per stay, with refill stations
• In-room coffee and tea service
• Nightly sunset toast ceremony
• Complimentary use of bicycles
• Kayaks and paddle boards available for guest use
• Pool and beach lounge chairs, umbrellas, and towels
• Fishing poles and bait for catch-and-release fishing from the resort dock (8am–10am daily)
• Seasonal daily activities for all ages
Please note: Some amenities and activities may be limited by availability or on a first-come, first-served basis. The schedule of activities is updated seasonally and may include special holiday events.
Discounted Parking:
• Overnight self-parking: $10 per vehicle, per night (waived for our group)
• Valet parking: $15 per vehicle, per night
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM; check-out is at 11:00 AM.
