Any paraoptometric/staff employed by an optometrist who is a member of the AOA/OAOP shall be considered eligible for associate membership. There is no charge to the member OD.

How To Enroll Staff as a member in the AOA/OAOP
The AOA member optometrist must log‐in using their member ID and password to enroll staff, or after logging in, he/she may designate someone else to enroll staff.
1. Log‐in to MyProfile/MyAOA under the Optometrist tab on www.aoa.org or click here.
2. Click on the "Manage Staff" tab
3. Enter information for each staff person (non‐OD). You will need:
• Legal name of staff (as appears on Driver's License)
• Date of Birth
• Unique email address for each staff person
